Lost wax casting, also known by various names such as thin-shell mold casting, investment casting, thin-shell casting, wax casting, or wax casting, is the most advanced stainless steel process today. The investment casting process is divided into 5 main stages:
First create and process investment casting molds
The wax sample is dipped in different layers of soy sauce to create a ceramic mold for casting stainless steel
Molten metal (stainless steel, iron, copper, etc.) is poured into the preheated mold cavity.

Processing parts after investment casting to obtain the final finished product
Inspection: After the steps have been performed, the parts need to be inspected for surface and subsurface defects. Visual and fluorescent penetrant testing is performed on the surfaces and X-rays are used to identify subsurface defects. Other tests are to evaluate the quality of the melt.
